3. Custom Orders & Measurements

For custom couture, made-to-measure, or bespoke orders:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements.
Once production begins, custom orders cannot be cancelled.
Slight variations in color, embroidery, fabric texture, or design may occur due to lighting, screen settings, and handcrafted work.
Trial fittings may be required for bridal or customized outfits.

4. Pricing & Payments

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
Prices may change without prior notice.
Full or partial advance payment may be required for custom and bridal orders.
Orders will be processed only after payment confirmation.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability and customization requirements.
Delays caused by courier services, weather conditions, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances are not under our control.
Customers must provide accurate shipping details.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Customized, altered, bridal, and made-to-measure outfits are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Ready-to-wear products may be eligible for exchange only if the item received is damaged or incorrect.
Exchange requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper photos/videos.

7. Cancellation Policy

Ready-to-wear orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Custom orders, bridal couture, and alteration services cannot be cancelled once work has started.
