Custom Couture, Bridal Wear, Made-to-Measure, and Alteration orders may require additional processing time depending on design complexity and customization.
Orders are processed only after payment confirmation.

We currently ship across India.
International shipping availability may vary depending on location and courier service availability.

3. Delivery Time

Standard Domestic Delivery: 3–10 business days
Custom & Bridal Orders: Delivery timelines will be communicated during order confirmation
International Deliveries: Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs clearance

All products are carefully packed to maintain product quality and safety during transit.

Bridal, designer, and delicate outfits may receive premium protective packaging where required.

Claims made after the reporting period may not be accepted.
